Summary
During my time studying at Ferris I have experienced growth as a leader and a scholar. I have expanded my knowledge of nursing theory, I have incorporated evidence into my practice, and I have learned the importance of being a transformational leader who mentors other nurses. My coursework has provided a solid framework for nursing leadership practice. My scholarly project and practicum experiences provided relevant opportunities that offered extensive learning in the areas of planning, collaboration, and utilization of resources. I value the relationships I have developed during this time in my career. I am fortunate to have great professors, mentors, and preceptors who supported me through the graduate program. I am anticipating my next steps in nursing leadership as I put what I have learned into practice.
